Project Summary


Precast Concrete U-Girders

The bridge structure consists of the elevated I-25 viaduct and exit ramps over Broadway at the Denver Rapid Transit Station. The bridges were constructed using continuous precast, pre-stressed girders and cast-in-place deck with transverse post-tensioning. Overpass spans vary from 119 ft to 152 ft, skew varies from 44 to 65 degrees and deck width is 84ft. Ramp spans vary from 140 ft to 153 ft, skew varies from 44 to 50 degrees and deck width is 27 ft.
