Project Summary


Spliced, Precast Concrete Bulb-T Girder Bridge

The Project consists of a three span structure for an RTD light rail station over Wadsworth Blvd. at 13th Ave. The bridge consists of precast, post-tensioned, variable depth concrete bulb-t girders. Span lengths are 120’ – 160’ – 120’, girder spacing varies from 4’-8˝” to 16’-1” and the deck is 63’ wide. On top of the bridge there is a 26’ wide station platform, a 13’ wide bike/pedestrian path and two sets of light rail tracks.
