Project Summary

Steel Arch Supporting Steel Plate Girders

This pedestrian bridge has the second longest span in Colorado, after the Royal Gorge Bridge, spanning 400 ft over Maroon Creek. The steel superstructure is supported by a steel arch that was constructed using a cable stayed, cantilever erection method.
